磁力強耦合器 Powerful Magnetic Couple

RFC系列磁力強耦合器攪拌系統由于密封性好、扭矩大、結構靈活、易維護等優點，目前在反應釜攪拌設備上使用廣泛，尤其適用于高壓、高溫、高轉速、高真空、易燃、易爆、劇毒等工藝條件下的加氫催化、氨化、氧化、氣液固混合等攪拌反應。RFC系列磁力攪拌經過我公司與專業院校的不斷改造和創新，設計成熟，工藝先進，目前可根據不同物料性質、壓力、溫度、轉速及腐蝕量參數，采用不同材質（碳鋼、不銹鋼、雙相合金鋼、鈦、鎳、鋯及哈氏合金和玻璃鋼、鋼襯氟、PO等非金屬）和結構；如A、軸承上裝式；B、軸承內置式；C、軸承不停車等壓加油式；D、軸承外置機械密封平衡式等。在壓力≤22MPa、功率≤90kw、溫度≤450℃、轉速≤2900r/min的工況在工業化生產上均達到很好的攪拌效果。
